    Hope this is the gripe section as well. Made an order on Dec. 7th 2013 and still not received! They will not issue a refund, reship or declare order lost even though it has not been handled or rescanned since Dec. 21st. Can't even get the .41 cents back for faster shipping. Totally disgusted...

    I just popped in Live Chat the second screen just takes a few seconds to load into the "room" but you should not have to add in anything to the boxes available there since it is a link from the first screen. If you'd like I can hang out there a few mins for you all to try it

    If you are on a computer it can not be more easy to find: look at the top of the page....see the words E-cigarette-forum in bold lettering? Directly in the next (lighter blue) row of links under the OR of FORUM, you will see the Live Chat link
