    I highly suggest disputing the charges on the card with the bank or credit card company for product not as described or something even along the lines of fraud There are many links to read about on the suppliers list here and most have their own sub-forum as well for comments on service...

    Help with Joye eGo

    I use a Q-tip to clean the ends of the batts before connecting them to the adapter, then plugging into to charge. I've also found that the less I stare at the LED light, the less it tends to look like another color whilst charging ... LOL
