    Theres always room for moderation :) Instead of a daily intake of soda/candy/insert favorite here .... try taking it down a few times a day or try 4 times a week kinda thing... I thought it best for ME to get away from it all as much as possible...

    the usa blend can go with vanilla/cinnamon/caramel/waffle if you have any cartridges, you could mix 2 or 3 drops of each in there then drip it onto the atty color has no effect on vapor that I've seen
