    PG is PG and VG is VG, what you didn't say is whether the blend is the same from both vendors. If the blend is the same, like 60%PG and 40%VG from both vendors it shouldn't make any difference who you buy from as far as how many toots per drop you get....That said, its true that some vendors...

    Good luck, have fun too. Its really not all that complicated, just experiment, get your VG and PG mixed, add your amount of Nic fluid, then measure our amount of flavorings your using...and mix, then vape a toot, if it needs more flavoring you will know right off...or perhaps let it steep...

    You Tube has many video reviews that are both interesting and educational. Try Grimm Greens videos and Dr Vapor has a lot of good stuff...will help you a lot in the long run to know whats out there as far as mods, attys carts etc.
