    Actually I left the top alone, I only sanded the portion that goes through the hole plus a little on top and on bottom for flow purposes. I don't plan on drilling anything yet....but I will if I have to, I happen to be working at a shipyard and they have the facilities to accomidate :)...

    This is what mine looks like with a 1/8" and 32 gauge kanthal.....not too sure of quality, I tried. Yeah...quality sucks

    Same thing happened after 2-3 days with SS. Small fill hole, maybe could also be the large wick :)

    Yes, my fill hole is opened. I will say that the draw is a bit restricted as the coil/wick is breaking in......and I have no clue why.

    I loosened up my bottom screw on my ZAP and tightened up my coil using tweezers=vapor production is up a bit, only 24 hrs on this coil so I figure one more day and it should be even better.
