I'm sorry....I can't answer this one, but I will say most airports have kits in there convienence stores, prices may be inflated a bit but you should be able to get what you need. Also, most hotels have converters/adapters at the front desk for guests...
You can place up to 2mils (per container) in the ziploc that goes with you as carry on.....to be on the safe side carry 4 or 5 with you, it may sound like a lot but if you end up with nothing in your checked bags you'll be glad you carried it. The reason I say carry your good stuff is at least...
Be careful what you put into checked baggage.....if they think it's suspicious....they will keep it. I would carry your good stuff with you (carry-on). Most of my stuff gets mailed when I travel, I do carry quite a bit with me along with an e-mail from TSA......
Thank you for your e-mail...

I'm currently using 28g on my 1/8" wick and 30g on my 3/32"....seems to be ok, I haven't perfected the 3/32 yet but pretty confident that 28 and 1/8" are a good match.
I have a mini with the extension tube....and trust me the batteries (18490) don't last that long...couple hours. The mini itself uses 18350 and I would be hard pressed to try using the ZAP with that.
