I noticed something funny when I would sometimes take a drag and the carto seemed blocked or something because I couldn't inhale anything then I realized that the two vent slots were covered by my finger that pushes the button and the other one with my thumb. Also, As swedishfish mentioned, the Ego is also excellent. But in my opinion the bloog (or volt) performs just as well as the Ego that I also use. The Bloog (or Volt) is great because it looks more like a real cig and is great for out-and-about... My 2 cents..- MrBobVapor

The ego mega duals seem very similar to the Echo-E cartomizers (single coil) that I have been using. I have been wanting to try the dual cartos and this seems like what I have been waiting for. One more thing, when the performance of the cartomizer degrades you can either clean it which is a whole other process or you can just buy another 5 pack of blank ones. I just buy new cartomizers and don't mess with the cleaning process. You can get 5 of them for about $10 or so and each one...- MrBobVapor

Buy the e-liquid and refill them. Simple as that. See youtube on "how to refill cartomizers". I order my juice from backwoodsbrew but there are many places to order them from. A 30ml bottle will cost you about $17 (from backwoods) and will last a long time. You should order 2 or 3 flavors...- MrBobVapor
