    I speak with first hand knowledge about the stick. Take one of those "bad" atomizers which worked in your friends 801 and screw them back into the stick until they work. There is frequently glue on the threads which prevent electrical contact....so get behind the screwing (no nasties intended)...

    The solution to your problem is a pair of tweezers! Pull the filling material out until it is level with the top of the cart. Prime the atty if dry with 2-3 drops and you're good to go!

    Yes, I agree. Their customer support/service is excellent. They go well beyond reasonable to help their clients. (Don't feel bad about the extras. After 6 orders I too haven't received any but realize that they don't promise to send them!)
