    Ummmmm........ Why did you put the percentages in the ML column? It kind of works in this case but only because you are making 100ml and 1ml happens to make for 1% in this case but you need to put the percentages in the percentages column.

    May be just my taste buds but I use CC (EM) with pastries and it seems to go well with some grahm creations. With primarily fruits I tend to use sweetener. Could just be me and my taste buds.
