    PV apparently stands for Perfect Vape the name of the store you linked to. It appears to be a store branded bottle (probably re-packaged). Go for the TFA branded and hope they are telling the truth.

    If you steep the flavors containing alcohol with the cap off for a couple of days giving them a shake now and then, the alcohol should evaporate off.

    At 10-20% RP I don't think there is any way you can taste the sweet. That is crazy high percentage for that flavor. Drop to 3-4% (still really high for RB) and see how that works for you. I once left a couple of drops of RB on my scale and it melted a hole in to the plastic.
