    I've never had a problem vaping on a plane either......yet. If they are banned on flights though, I'm concerned that they won't let me carry mine on board and I sure as hell don't want it confiscated! Flying is such a PITA these days...

    Judge Leon ruled that they are not drug delivery devices but he did NOT say they were tobacco products by default. He simply hinted to the FDA that they might have a better chance of regulating them as tobacco products. Why have we decided to let the FDA have a pass on this?
