    You could also color code with fingernail polish. Red dot on the cart, red dot on the bottle it goes with. Green dot on the cart, green dot on the bottle it goes with..etc... Or do what I do and get some small ziploc bags that they sell at craft stores. They are the perfect size for storing one...

    Yes, you can refill them. You can also pull out the cottony filler material inside the cartridge and replace it with blue foam aquarium filter material cut to size. This will wick the liquid better into the atomizer. I use blue foam along with the straw mod in mine and it works like a charm...
