    Hello Onedesign1 Maybe I've over looked this detail, but what size hole should be drilled into the Hammond 1590 box for a nice snug fit for this 510 connector? I've had all my digi-key parts, and SX350 boards for weeks now. 510 connectors, and a nice new Tugboat from your shop was delivered...

    I've had silica burn, never with the ceramic sleeving.... You would be surprised how hot that coil gets. :)

    I frosted my own tank with some very high grit wet sand paper (sanded the outside of the tank ONLY). I don't know what number. What do you guys and gals think? This was my first time needing to punch a cartomizer; used a spring loaded center punch and then a awl. Worked great, nice and easy!
