    DSE601 THROAT HIT tecnique

Sounds like you are not charging your DSE601 cells for long enough! Every 3 cycles I just let them charge for 12 hours and it keeps the cell capacity at maximum. I have noticed that if/when I just keep charging them ONLY until the LED changes color....they start to LOSE capacity. There are...

Litecigusa is bringin a mod into the lineup

Generally 3 to 3.2 ohms for a VX2 atty (I have many) and approximately 3.6 ohms for my 3 Mini Pipe attys. The Mini Pipes were a waste of money, due to lack of flavor preservation on the included ROYALSMOKERS attys (not impressive at all). Those are the only attys I ever measured the...

SOIL??!!!! LOL I was thinking perhaps something a bit more "frontally" derrived/ejected....rather than SOIL! Like Will Smith once said in the film entitled "Independence Day"....................I have gotta get me one uh deeze!

The first VX2 battery that dies = FUN 4 ME!

To be honest about it, I discarded the OEM surface mount control board for the following reasons........I really don't have much love for ANY of the OEM passthrough control circuitry, because it just seems to limit the power consumed by the atty; which is one of the performance limiting factors...

Litecigusa is bringin a mod into the lineup

According to my test bench findings, Shawn is about to unleash a very good mod here and I'll certainly be buying a Vapre51 series kit. It will have a significant upgrade in available current (long run times) without sacraficing flavor or atty lifespan....it should be very interesting! In all...

    DSE601 THROAT HIT tecnique

The UltraFire cells fit just fine! I did make small circular indentations in the tops to mimmick the + contacts on the OEM DSE601 cells....I used a Dremel carbide bit to do it, medium RPM.

The first VX2 battery that dies = FUN 4 ME!

Sorry, I discarded that stuff.....maybe next time I do some workbench dissections of VX2 batts & passthroughs.

    Customer Feedback thread.

I have to wonder HOW he does this well with his rapid ship times. Today I placed an order that I thought for sure would take awhile to pack & ship. It was an order for both myself and a buddy of mine...almost $300 worth of stuff with a pretty good number of smaller items......in addition to 3 PV...

    RY numbers....Juice flavor confusion!

Shawn. For purposes of clarity, please define which is which with RY2, RY3 & Ry4 juice flavors. I have become confused at this point. I know one of them is Power Puff. Another number is probably Party Puff. I recently got a bonus 10mL bottle marked "PP MED" and I think that might be Party...

Litecigusa is bringin a mod into the lineup

I'll be watching for it! I feel kinda releived that I don't have to develop it. Obviously Shawn has done his homework regarding thread pitch compatibility issues.....by having a machinist take a good look at the various threads among the various ecig models. This is all good stuff....even...

    VX2 manual battery ratings...

The thing that makes it an automatic battery is the air operated switch behind that hole. IF you plug that hole with epoxy, glue or solder.....you will make the battery completely inoperable. Take it from a guy who's dissected VX2 passthroughs & batteries to make his own contraptions. I plug...

    Couple of questions:

I also got a bonus bottle of juice lately. It is a 10mL bottle marked PP-MED. It is a rather light juice which vapes quite nicely with a mellow tobacco flavor, having minimal throat hit. Although it's not as strong in nicotine as all the juices which I normally vape (High), it's not bad at...

DSE601 Epipe - Upgrade batteries available!!!

Got the UltraFire WF-138charger & four UltraFire 18350 batteries in today (SAT 15AUG2009). It took 11 days from the date I paid for it via Paypal....to ship from mainland China. It was worth the wait. I did have to use a Dremel with one of those round carbide bits to etch a small circular...

    VX2 manual battery ratings...

Does it actually have 0.81Wh PRINTED on it? IF SO, that would be 0.81 DEVIDED BY 3.7VDC = 0.218 Amp hour or 218mAh (218 Milliamp hour).

Question -- do passthroughs need to be replaced?

I will offer you a TRADE/BARTER deal. Send me both of your USB passthroughs and I'll send you a MANUAL passthrough with a small inline rocker switch box that gives better vapor and should never let you down (IF the switch ever fails, I'll replace it with another one, likely of updated...

Question -- do passthroughs need to be replaced?

The regulator/limiter circuit on those is fragile and you can't just keep using it for heavy vaping (at least that was my experience). That is partly why I came up with my homebrewed contraptions. The other reason is to conserve the original VX2 batteries for the times when I truly do NEED them.

Question -- do passthroughs need to be replaced?

If you like convenience, try a DSE601 EPIPE! It may not be your first choice feminine fashion statement when out of the house, but when you are at home, it ROCKS! The cart is HUGE. The battery is HUGE. On a freshly charged battery (includes 2) and a freshly filled cart (includes 5), it will vape...
