There is no battery in a VX2 passthrough. I know this for 100% sure, because I dissected my VX2 passthrough so I could burgle the parts to make some of my DIY projects. I also had a VX2 passthrough fail and even my replacement had current pass limmitations.....so I just gutted it and made darn... -

The brass connector inside the VX2 passthrough is actually MUCH NICER than the connectors inside the VX2 manaul batteries (stupid little circuit board & tact switch is glued into the back of those manual battery connectors). HANG ONTO IT for me, please! I'll request it next week when I order... -

From everything I have heard about the M201.....it appears to have an inherently hotter burning atty than the VX2. This means more vapor and more throat hit....HOWEVER....the VX2 is not far behind it in either category AND it has two other major advantages...it is very compact AND produces... -

I'm vaping on some of the LATEST recipe of the J.C. Tennessee Cured right now....with my DSE601 EPIPE....and I LOVE IT! I'm actually vaping the reduced PG, medium strength. I find the J.C. juices to have very weak flavor in my Mini Pipes...but in my DSE601 it's quite nice. What this juice lacks...- The Doc
