I used to have a commercial Drapery Workroom. When the machines needed to be re-threaded, you would not let it run all the way out. You tie the new thread onto the old thread and pull it thru. No need to mod the 3ml at all. Works perfectly out of the box. I did mod one to try it-just to say I did. Honestly, the un-modded ones are equal to the modded ones, so I will probably not bother modding them again. Perfect out of the box. How cool is THAT? -

I have heard others say topping off causes problems...but I do it all the time. Works for me - but causes vacuum problems for others. If you only have one - proceed with caution. You dont want problems with your only carto. -

I am still using the first of my three C8's. No leaking at this time. I did fill it upside down - and it leaked at first. But one thing seemed to change it for me. I really did not like the drip tip it came with. So I swapped it out for one of the 801 tips from Cherry Vapes. Fits... -

I too was weary of the carto polyfill taste. I tried my first Stardust, and have not had a carto since. The Stardust is quite good, but imho, the Phoenix line is even better. I have the Phoenix XL and the 3ml. Both are superb on the provari. I have a very minimalistic 510 to ego adapter... -

I found it takes about 1/2 tank or so to start vaping well. The flavor just is mute until then. Once it kicks in, I'm quite happy with it. Superior to a standard carto with filling by 1000 fold. I have only used it on the Provari - but may pick up a ego twist to have as a spare. Or...
