anyone tried the billow RTA yet?
Co-worker owns a goblin. Honestly with the airflow screws out of the billow I feel I have a bit more airflow. Luckily I have mods that I can have it set raised enough to have it as airy as I want off the mod without it being noticeable. If I wanted a bit more flavor I'd have the afc screws...- Noserenity

This tank has been my savior. Working 10 hour shifts in a vape friendly environment, I needed something that could put out a decent cloud and flavor and be able to stay wet with very heavy juice, and it had to last me the shift. This thing has been perfect. Currently on a .5 ohm 28g...- Noserenity

That whistling annoyed the bleep out of me. It went away, and so did the leaking once I figured out the correct way to wick it. Or the way that really works for me I should say. 2+ weeks and I haven't heard a peep and haven't seen a drop leak.- Noserenity

I have a billow and I highly recommend it. I'm really considering getting a second. I never owned an orchid and I had very little issue learning to build with this, and that was just wicking. I just learned to make sure the deck was completely covered with cotton or it will leak or go dry at...- Noserenity

One of two things I can think of off the bat. There might not be enough cotton stuffed around the deck. I try to stuff that bell full of cotton except in the channels and where the air flow hits the coil. You really kind of want to make sure it's crammed in there decently enough so there...- Noserenity

Subtank is a big step up from an evod, congrats on the next step! I have to agree with duc. Ah yea, I had noticed if it was flush it didn't help at all. Been running mine on a hybrid mech so i can raise it up a little and it's not very obvious and it's still nice and tight. Hopefully drilling it out opens it enough for ya.- Noserenity

RDA Need a little help!
From what I've read that's a 15 watt mod. I would not suggest using 24 guage kanthal on a 30 watt mod without some significant amount of wraps, and I don't prefer too many myself as they tend to hold heat. Hop on youtube and spend a few hours watching some coil building videos. It's...- Noserenity

Smok had an alright design but they really skimped on the parts of that tank. I have one and I went to the hardware store and replaced all the screws on mine. I tried mine today with 26g kanthal, 7 wraps on a 2mm driver. Came to about .3 ohms. Way too warm... Way, way too warm. Going back to my 28g build after work. Still wish I could figure out what causes the whistling. Sometimes it whistles and sometimes it does not. It's juice...- Noserenity

The whistling had been gone for a couple of days and now it's back with a vengeance. Some say it's the airflow holes, but I'm wondering if it's the drip tip. You can control traffic during rush hour with this if you needed to.. Edit: It's not the driptip, just tried a couple others...- Noserenity

It's happened to me a couple times. I've resolved to just take my time and not fill it all the way up like I was and it's stopped. Yeah I have watched a few. I don't really care for macro coils though and that's all they seem to build on the reviews. But the vids did at least sell me on the tank. 10 hour shifts so i need a good 5ml tank, and I vape the heavy stuff so I need something that stays juicy. All I needed.- Noserenity

You can close the airflow on the revel to the point it's like an iclear 16. I wouldn't say airflow is a negative on the revel. I use mine half closed and sometimes a little more depending on the juice.- Noserenity
