    Okay, good to know and thanks very much for sharing that with me! I heard Phil Busardo mention that it will click when the battery needs changed, but I couldn't find mention anywhere of the constant clicking. Now I know for certain that there isn't anything wrong with my Kick 2. :)

    Not saying there is a need for it to be hollow, just that there is a pin that the original spring fit over, and a 16 gauge needle fits over the pin. I'm sure there are other ways to fix the problem, but since most of us have needles laying around, it's a simple fix for the problem.
