I can't answer why CASAA doesn't have the membership it should. I haven't watched the YouTube video, so I can't answer to that, either. I CAN speak to petition. Have you read it? It's not so much that it IS, but how it's worded (poor grammar and spelling, poor sentence structure, etc.) and...- Ms.P
