Sorry to hear of your situation. I KNOW is IS frustrating. I have been advocating (since MY incident) fully insuring ALL devices whenever mailing. Below is what happened to my Ali'i when I sent it in for service. Luckily, mine was insured but I have seen many stories when they are not.- NebulaBrot

Can get "short" GNs from TTT with only about 1" flex - just have to ask for it. One of our Darwinians asked them to make it for exactly this purpose (Darwin). Just a little chime in, to add to Credo's: Dual coils are a different animal. If I am correct, a DC which reads 1.5Ω is actually two 3Ωs coils wired in parallel (not two 1.5Ωs reading as 1.3) so they read on multimeters (and Darwins and kicks) as 1.5Ωs. yes, mine do this as well. I think it has to do with the magnetic power switch. Sometimes a fast close can stall that switch (so an open and slower close will catch that) and I think the first detent position may also cause the power switch some confusion. First, those settings are WATTS - not voltage. Very different. 12.7 Watts is a very hot vape. Some like it that hot but it is more of a Niche sweet spot. When using dual coil attys/cartos, you may want to try playing with the upper limits because dual coils are really two higher resistance...- NebulaBrot

If I may, MWA is essentially correct. But I might add a little to it. That indicator IS telling you Darwin is detecting a short. If you are using adapters, the short could be in the adapter or atty/carto. It is also possible that your atty/carto may be treaded on too tight and that can also...- NebulaBrot
