    The coffee is pretty much like black coffee with sugar while the Cap is like coffee with cream and sugar. Both of them have a pretty strong coffee flavor more so than sweet flavor but they are both still absolutely delicious!

    I think that foam would be your best bet. I don't think it would look too shoddy if you got it the perfect depth to fit in the case and then cut it out with an exacto knife? A little trick I use when cutting foam for my camera and equipment cases is to throw the foam in the freezer for a while...
