    Enlarging the base holes alone will probably not help since IMO that is not where the restriction begins; it starts with the center post. How do you compare the fully open plus vs the half way closed mini? Equally restrictive?

    Sounds like my cup of tea since I like a restricted air flow anyway - as long as the holes don't go any less than 1.8 mm. Is there any room to enlarge them?

    Nice set up Troll. Is that a mini-plus on the Pico? Didn't think the Pico would accommodate the enlarged tank. If it does, I am getting one of them tanks.

    Thanks guys for the answers. Another dumb question. What gauge SS should I use to get the same resistance as 28 gauge Kanthal? Edit. Never mind, I found the answer. SS has much lower resistance.

    I find that my Naturally Extracted Tobaccos taste way better in an atty than a Kayfun. The Kayfun tends to distort the flavor somehow. I bet they would taste even better with squonking. Any suggestions where to start? I need to try this.

    Have you tried Inawera flavors? Their Dark for Pipe is very popular. Hangsen also has some good flavors, RY1, Red USA and Elder Captain.

    The juice might be coming from underneath the insulator for the deck. Have you tried really tightening the hex nut? That solved my problem with leaking.
