    You need a socket/wrench to tighten the hex screw. Otherwise a pair of small narrow-nosed pliers will do.

    Elder Captain is one of the best tobacco flavors I have ever tried - perfect balance between chocolate and nut. Similar to Highway but much better balanced. I am surprised it doesn't get the credit it deserves.

    I use that for my alcohol extractions. It may also work with your mixture of Pg&Alcohol. Vg might be a bit more difficult. You may want to leave it out until after filtering is done.

    Some people use cotton, but it is not as fine as 2.5 micron. What I'd do is trace the outside diameter of the syringe onto the filter paper and cut to size. Two layers of filter inside the syringe should do. You can also use a squeezable plastic bottle that has a nozzle. See next post.

    A simple, fruity ADV recipe needed

    I just tried adding some raspberry to 7Leaves Tobacco flavor from FA. That is my favorite tobacco. The result is wonderful, but it needs a bit of sweetness. I don't like adding sweeteners, but perhaps Dragon's fruit will achieve the same result. I have tried it all by itself and it is just great.

    Thanks for the link. I have always had trouble keeping the legs away from the air hole. They invariably end up right at the edge causing liquid to drip inside the hole.

    Have you tried putting your filter inside a large syring and gently pushing the liquid through? Also better if you filter the liquid with alcohol still inside.

    I have tried all types of Virginias, and they all seem to have that funky after taste - almost as if you are vaping wet cotton. Is that because Virgininas have been fermented more than others?

    I change my rayon every 8-10 mls. Not that I really have to, but the taste starts to gradually degrade.
