Have you asked them if they ship to Europe? It comes in a letter sized manilla envelop.

Yes of course, Perique leaves have been aged in wooden barrels for up to one year, but they have not been "processed" with any casings/flavors/top notes like their pipe tobacco counter parts. I'm not sure though what you mean by "translate". If you mean dry leaves do not yield good extracts for...

Adjusting flavor for higher VG e-liquid

I always believed vg had the same capacity to carry flavors as pg but recently changed my mind. The reason I did was because I tried a liquid I had made 6 months ago with vg and water and forgotten about it. Tried it last week, and the flavor was seriously muted. Part of it could have been the...

1/4 pound is anywhere between 4-6 large leaves. Don't know about Perique, but everything else I have bought from them has come intact - not torn down.

    Best tobacco for flavor extraction

I love the taste of this tobacco, but only in a pipe or cigarette. I doubt if it will yield much flavor as an extract. BTW, I think you were the one who mentioned Perique. It's one of my favorites, but it might be best if you ordered the dry leaves instead of the pipe tobacco variety from P&C...

    Best tobacco for flavor extraction

I use the ratings on each tobacco at P@C to help me decide which one is full flavored. Found one from 5 Brothers with a strength rating of five stars. The question is whether "strength" refers to "bite", "nicotine content" or "flavor." Five Brothers - PipesandCigars.com

I use it at 2% - 2.25% and get plenty of flavor. A highly concentrated flavor typical of Flavor Art line. As the name implies, 7Leaves is a combination of flavor profiles from 7 different tobaccos. I only know 3 or 4 of them - Virginia, Latakia, Perique and others. I've heard people say it has...

I added some Perique to Red USA, and this combination is divine. It almost taste like a burning cigarette with some added nutty-chocolaty flavor. Too bad HS does not make Perique. I had to use a NET instead - just like you would with any tobacco absolute. 1.5% did the job for me.

Did you mean FA Desert Ship? I've not been able to find Turkish in the FA line. You probably meant the HS version.

I have tried several Flavor Art tobaccos and some of them are very good. 7 leaves ultimate is my ADV. Cubana Supreme is also good, but only if you like cigar type flavors. As I understand it, FA supplies some of Inawera's flavors. I hear for example that their 7 Leaves are reportedly identical...

    Tobacco extraction using heated Ethanol

How about using a light dimmer to control your temperature. Once calibrated, it nails down the temperature for a long long time. It costs less, and unlikely to be damaged in a storm.. By reducing your pga, I did not mean evaporating it. I meant using less. For example use 30% pga (151 proof), 60% pg, 10% Rustica. That way you will have less water in your solution.

It will work, but the extra water may cause some separation in your solution. I'd try to minimize the amount of water by reducing the pga to 30% and increasing pg accordingly. That is how I did it with 151 proof. Still got some slight separation but it goes away with shaking.

Correct. That would be your concentrate. Most people use 2% - 5% of that in their final mix.

Rustica has the more potent flavor. It tastes quite different from traditional American tobacco. Tabacum has a Virginia type flavor. Another major difference is the color. Rustica has a greenish tint - indication that it is extracted from unfermented tobacco leaves.

:(:( Yes, 10% of the 10% solution. Actually works out to 1% of the paste. NN comes in a paste? Now I am really confused :( The description says mixed with alcohol and VG.

I also vape Rustica all by itself. Sometimes can't get enough of it - even at 10%. I refuse to go any higher though. Potent stuff :D Speaking of Danny, he's been missing in action lately. I wonder what he is up to.
