    Then, I apologize for going off half-cocked. I didn't get that from your post. To your question, my 3 nemesis are super smooth, well machined with no burrs or cuts on all pieces, and I have not had any threading or firing issues.

    Be sure you adjust the centerpin in the topcap. unscrew it almost all the way, seat your atty, then tighten the pin until you get resistance. That may or may not address the issue. I'm using a kayfun right now and it did need adjusting. Then (insert broken record here) contact them.
