I've been using the Advanced Vape SS clapton wire for a month or so & have been very pleased with the quality. I bought the 30' roll from the site after finding them on ebay.

Nice score Tom, I've been eying that one as well but the shipping is a killer to the east coast. I'm thinking I'll have to go elsewhere for mine so I can spin drip tips to my hearts content.

I stand corrected on being upgradeable but I question why the start up screen shows the software revision? With that being said USB charging is an optional board so I don't see how it could be flashed or upgraded otherwise.

According to the specs I read it is upgradeable. Wish I had the spec sheet handy to confirm. I'm curious about the magnet issue as well, that would be a definite concern in any mod let alone a squonker.

I have an Infinity coming with that chip. The specs are rather impressive, multiple wire profiles, a form of TCR & preheat/power modes. Not sure if it's better than the DNA 200 but it's got the specs to be similar minus escribe.

    Triade DNA200 by lost vape

Wow, I do believe I've just found the next mod I'll convert to a squonker, sweet! Lost Vape is hitting it out of the park lately. I have the Mini & the quality is excellent. I'm glad they are focused on reasonably priced QUALITY DNA 200 mods vs some of the competitors out there.....

I have one & it's small, the cap sits on the 18650 so the mod itself can be smaller. It's a great little pocket mod & I'm not listing over the Xvostick anymore since recieving it.

    High End REGULATED MODS !

I've got the Boreas & Moonshot, two totally different tanks but both have great flavor. I give the airflow nod to the Boreas & flavor to the Moonshot. The Moonshot is a little bit of a pain to build. I'm running a dual coil 3mm, 10 wrap SS316L temp build on the Moonshot, killer vapor & flavor....

I just decided to go for it & find a "small" benchtop mill but ended up with this 700lb monster instead, no one ever accused me of going half way in! It's a little overkill for milling little plastic squonk boxes but what the hell....

Bahahaha, I do post but I've been tied up at home getting my new to me milling machine working & traveling for work. Once I get home & can get some time in the shop I have some delrin I'll be playing with for my next mod.

    Sigelei Moonshot

I don't think it would short but I had some problems with shorting as well on that build that I assumed was from the coils touching the sides not the wore capture. I don't remember now but it's very possible I have 3mm inner diameter coils in there now but I'd have to tear it down to tell you...

    Sigelei Moonshot

I built mine with 26awg SS & the hardest part for me was getting the wires captured properly. The thinner gauge wanted to slip to the side of the posts between the screw thread vs directly under in the flat part. It took a few tries but it's been working for a while with no problems otherwise.

In....until I realized you were only doing it with the SS versions. Not sure what's on the carbon fiber versions but I think it's a wrap so opening the top cap with an end mill might damage the finish....boo.
