Yep, mine does that if you look in the pic I posted above. I just shake it & they go away, it's probably due to the tight clearance between the glass & wick holes.
Maybe you can try using a wooden skewer like you use for a shish kabob? They are pointy on one end, nice & long, I use them for all sorts of things. I'm thinking that o-ring is some kind of insulator for the battery contact?
That's pretty nice looking but a little pricey, you're talking $88 just for the box, insert, door & buttons. Plus you have the additional items such as the board & 510 which puts it around $200. Also know that you'll have to do some filing to get the Shapeways 3D printed items to fit properly...
Yep, I'm a squirt down the chuff cap kinda guy but I can't wait to see how this turns out BF, hopefully I can get into a bottom air atty, fingers crossed!
Ross, I'm thinking I need to bow out on the Tsnaumi as well. As much as I wanted to love it I traded my NoPity since unless I was super careful dripping or squonking it would leak from the bottom air intakes. Are you having that issue with the Tsnaumi?
I'm planning on that one but damn it's huge! I've been looking at some stab wood blanks but me & wood have never gotten along, I'm more of a metal guy.

Please check TC operation, that's a major concern of mine & something the lower end chips don't do well. It would be nice if this can do it....well. that would be a major benefit over the clownstick.
I thought the air was pretty tight too until someone mentioned to make sure that your cotton/rayon isn't blocking the air from the coil, sure enough mine was so I moved it out of the way & it opened up pretty good.
Thank you! It's my first time modding anything so I'm really pleased with the way it came out. Reading all these posts here was a huge help, as well as your build guide for the ERM, much appreciated!
