Thanks to you I did! I love it, I have to do some final fit & finish but I'm really pleased with it.
Nothing wrong with the screen, it was the pic for some reason
DNA200 conversion complete & the Evolve is chucking at 55w......tons of flavor out of this thing now. Took a few builds but the standard twisted SS Z coil saves the day.
I really like it. It's a bit of a pain to build, not hard just different. The flavor is outstanding since it's a fat short chimney. The drip tip works pretty good for keeping it cool & tons of air.
Ha! No thanks & no offense to anyone who wants to get in but there are so many great atty's out there that you don't have to know a secret handshake & give blood for.....
That's interesting placement of the bottle, I'd have thought the battery would be next to the board. I like the attention to detail on the squonk hole vs a simple round or oblong hole.
I find the battery life to be more than acceptable with a .3 single coil build. I can get through the whole bottle with the battery being about 3.7v. That's IMO typical for an 18650 mod.
I have the fully max in my Efusion Mini & the run time isn't bad but I always have multiple mods going so I recharge as necessary or when I'm using something else. I have two different lipo DNA 200's & don't find either of them to suffer from poor battery life, it's all about how much you vape &...
I use mine in temp control with 316L SS on DNA 200's & an RX 200, love it. It's a great tank & while I don't need a top seal yet it would be nice to have as a spare.
I almost grabbed one from the local B&M today even though I canceled my pre-order this weekend. It's pretty nice in person, looks like it would have good flavor with the domed top.
It's a SteamCrave like @Subohmies did, he also did the Releaux. I'm putting a 900 Fully max in it, it looks pretty tight in there & I was hoping for a larger battery but I knew the fully max fit so I went with that. Plus all the battery specs are in the Evolv forum for the fully max since that's...
I have the Moonshot & besides being a royal pita to build the first time it is outstanding otherwise. Flavor & clouds for days, well machined & the perfect size for a stealthy mod.
That's why I decided to build it myself. It looks like a pretty easy swap, @Subohmies did it already & posted pics so I ordered everything up. I'm in the process of truing my XY vise under the drill press so I can use an end mill to make the cuts in the mod for the face plate. The board is just...
Since it's regulated it really doesn't matter how low or high you build as long as you stay within the accepted range. I usually build around .7 for my regulated mods since I feel it helps with battery efficiency the closer you get to 1.0 ohm's.
