    I've replaced a carto without removing the juice,by pushing out the carto with a new carto. But of coarse you can't replace a flanged carto with a flanged carto this way.

    The only time mine did this it was a bad carto. If you have nothing connected,then I don't know? Did you try different chargers,maybe try lifting the center post on the battery? Sorry couldn't be much help. Hopefully someone knows.
