Hope you get it figured out, it's pretty simple. Maybe I missed it, but what VG ratio are you running? I have to add two drops of water per full tank of 70% or it doesn't wick very well with organic cotton.- SUPER K

Make sure you clean it. My 3ml was clean, but the 6ml had a tiny bit of residue. Quick alcohol soak and warm water rinse took care of it. -
