    Still 45 minutes until the 4th over here, no fireworks in sight just yet :p. Also added recommended PG/VG ratios for each flavors. Those are the ratios I had planned long ago to have them locked at (unless otherwise requested) before I decided to allow fully customizable PG/VG ratios.
