Yes, you need the syringe. There are two caps at the top just like the eGo cartos and the fill port appears to be the same size. (I have an 18ga needle). The shells are indeed plastic and I get 2.7 Ohms. Thank you! I am adding to this post because I have received multiple emails telling me of... -
