I think the first legal challenge should be that the 'Proposal' open for public comment is not a proposal at all as it asks more questions than it answers. So the info I got was not surprisingly inconclusive... Joyetech makes the PCC and not the battery so they could not really answer and the battery manufacturer did not give me an answer I feel confident with.... The SD battery charges from the bottom and does not make proper contact in the PCC... -

I actually had not considered it. The 510 PCC is the right size... I will check with Joyetech about whether the protection circuitry would be ok with a different battery. Good idea! -
