    The Pila is about the only charger I know of that the 2900mah protected 18650's will actually fit in. Because of the lower internal resistance AW's (especially the IMR's) do tend to charge faster in my experience.

    My guess would be the atomizer really doesn't like water like most electrical components. That is the guideline I have always heard from vendors about thinning VG.
