I'm making test batches so I can evaluate the strength of the actual individual flavors. The finished product can be anywhere from 10-30%. The Lorann's 'natural' line as well as many of the naturally flavored ones from FlavorWest/VaporRenu are not nearly as strong as their artificially...
Def gonna try this..I had a feeling it could be done but never really set aside time to try it. I mainly use the BOGE cartos which are metal tubes so I'm going to try removing the sticker and heating the base with a torch to see if I can get the glue to release.
Here is my take on it as a relatively new vaper, but so far pretty sucessful at DIYing. I have donated a lot of my DIY juice by contest over @ elixirtv.com and I have yet to have someone think it was bad. Maybe not exactly what they like (as a coffee flavor lover may not like a 'fruity' juice)...

I'm really liking my new Chuck that was involved in this transaction!
I can tell you that when you think you are at 7.2/7.4v, (using 2 3.6v or 3.7v 16340/rcr123a's) you are really at about 8.4v at least initially. I believeI probably have the same charger as you with a 3.0v/3.7v switch on the side and 2 16340/rcr123a recharge slots. Mine come out of there piping...
I use a Flambeau 8010 Quik Loader tackle box. It has enough storage for quart sized bottles of VG/PG/Nic juice up top, 2 small boxes that are perfect for atties/cartos/drip tips that slide into rails on the top, 2 clear snap lock 6004r boxes in the first 2 tray spots that hold about 20 30ml...
Some off brand cartos seem to have a draw issue when they are tightened down all the way. If I get one like this I just back it off a quarter turn and it works just fine. Some ppl just slap on a 510-510 adapter that has the 4 airflow openings built into it. Either way problem solved.
Really? No one knows where I can get one of these? I've seen them before, but unfortunately because I wasn't looking for them then do not remember exactly where it was. Anyone? Anyone? Buehler?
That would work in a pinch, as its basically a hollow tube with the connectors on both ends, but I'd be more interested in a machined style 1 piece unit if anyone knows where to find them.
So I have a slight airflow issue with one of my mods. The threads on the atty connector are a little off causing the 2 airflow holes to be blocked. I know I can use 2 adapters (like a 510-901 + 901-510) to make a 510-510 adapter, but I'd rather have a one piece because it would be both easier...
For anything over 6v a HR atty/carto would be a good idea. Std res carto seem to work fine for me on my 5v and is still probably what most people use @ 6v. Anything above that a HR piece would be a good choice to prevent burnout, excessively hot vape etc.
Jay was teasing us a while back about sending out some prototypes for testing, but with the launch of the Super-mini's thats probably on the back burner.
The deciding factor would be to put the 2 battery styles under a maximum load, say like a string of lightbulbs and check to see what the max amp output of each battery is, and compare that against the max drain produced by your atty or carto of choice. Though I've done this many times when...
