    Just found the greatest end cap remover . . . (or whatever you call the piece you need to remove in order to drip into your carto). My good old #9 steel crochet hook. Works like a champ. Fits in the little hole perfectly, and the hook on the crochet hook grabs the end cap perfectly as well...
