To me it looks less convenient because you can't swap batteries and keep on vaping, you have to tethered to a power source while it charges and if it gets low and you aren't near a power source your screwed.
It's a big, square, VV/VW ego. I'm not saying it's a bad vape but it has non-removable batteries which makes it a good APV for people too skittish to handle mod batteries and their chargers.
It's not a complete fix but back when I was using carto tanks with TV Dulche De Leche that would clog in a day or so. When the draw gets tight take a straightened paper clip and carefully slide it up the tube from the threaded end and slowly twist it around and ream out the air passage. it won't...
If it blink or beeps, it breaks.
With a mech unless I hit it with a lawn mower a little maintenance will keep it going for a lifetime of more. My SID, that I absolutely love, if it makes 5 years I will be completely shocked. Electronics may have more durable high power contacts but the low...
I would argue just the opposite. With VV/VW all the complications are taken care of by the device, set it and forget it. with a mech and a rebuilable everything is up to you, coil not giving good vapor? What did I do wrong? Is it wicking? Is the airflow enough? Is the air hole lined up properly...
I don't think bacon will wick very well, the pony might but you'll have to boil it first to get any "extra" flavor out and I'm not sure if it'll fit under the cap. Maybe an Igo W?
I avoid UPS like the Plague, lost packages, extra fees for delivery to my door, damaged packages, and completely random delivery times. My mail carrier is at my door at 3:30 +/- 5min 6 days a week. UPS? sometime between 7 and 7, usually, but on occasion as late as 9.
when you make your coil and one leg is coming off the top of the coil and the other is coming off the bottom both in the same direction if you count wraps away from the legs you get 5 wraps and between the legs you get 4 wraps.
I think. :)
I would call that 5 wraps but that's just me.
I run nothing but button tops because that's the only type I have on hand, so long as they aren't too big it doesn't matter.
To the OP: Bad units happen, they "should" test your replacement before it goes out so I wouldn't worry too much. Just remember, back ups for your back ups. :)
Here is my method for ARO heads:
1. Tear completely apart.
2. Rebuild coil w/ 30 gauge Kanthal and cotton wick.
3. Reinstall.
P.S. I jut realized as I was typing, ARO heads! :)
I just posted this in another thread:
I started out 3 and ended up at 2.
I don't worry about it because I'm smoking at most 5 a month per year and I know from experience if I do worry I WILL end up smoking more.
I kept half a pack on hand for almost a year before I got rid of them, if I felt I couldn't do with out one I could light one up. I didn't, but I could. I went zero nic after 18 months and quit completely after another six and sold my gear, Big mistake! The selling, not the quitting. :) a while...
