    To thin VG start with one drop per 3-5 ml, it thins quicker than you'd think.

    Nobody does, intentionally, Diethylene glycol is a contaminant in PG. The Chinese juice maker was probably using non-USP PG or was sold non-USP as USP grade.

    Cleaning Wicks

    I avoid using anything I wouldn't drink because no matter how well you think you've rinsed/dried something odds are you didn't do it well enough. I use PGA (190 proof) to clean everything, if that doesn't get it, I replace it.
