    Charging Smoktech 510 carto battery?

Yep, red means charging. Remember not to use an ego charger on a 510, ego chargers put out too much power for the little 510 stick batteries.

    Chilly weather and vaping...

I keep my pv in the inside pocket of my coat or in my hand in my pocket if I'm not wearing gloves. If it's cold out ( 10 F or colder ) I usually don't stay out long enough to need to vape, not more than an 3-4 hours.

Anybody know where i can get a 510 ohm meter?

I don't know if I like those or not. They have a built in rechargeable battery which would be ok if you use it for half an hour or more a day and recharge fairly often but I use mine maybe once a week for 2 minutes. I'd be concerned that the battery would go dead before I got a lot of use out of it.

Question about using XTAR VP1/WP2 II to charge 18350 batteries

RTD vapor has extras for sale. I bought 4 when I got my charger but I never use more than 2 per slot.

Anybody know where i can get a 510 ohm meter?

The problem is that Madvapes was the only one making them, but they wholesale to other companies. At first demand wasn't that high But the rebuildables crowd picked up on them and supply couldn't keep up with demand. As of right now I've seen that Sunny Vaping is getting ready to make their own...

    Metal vs plastic drip tip

I avoid the plated or anodized metal tips and stick with stainless steel but I have a few plastic ones around too. My plastic tips don't last that long because I chew on them too much and they end up looking like crap.

Continue vaping or quit cold turkey?

From a pragmatic point of view: Breathing stuff into your lungs is not good. It's as simple as that. Vapor isn't as bad as smoke but it's not good. If you can go cold turkey go for it, I did it for a little more than a year and realized that I don't like me without nicotine, I'm self medicating...

    Stupid stupid stupid

Great, now I've got to buy a colander. I swear, any time anyone mentions using kitchen gadgets it makes me feel like an idiot for being a bachelor. I've got 5 kinds of epoxy, wrenches, socket sets, meters, soldering irons, exacto knives, 8 pair of tweezers, and who knows what else but a colander...

What the hell is up with Kanger's "flavor wicks"?

Try the Smoktech ARO Pyrex Glass BCC. It's been 100% plug and play for me, 80/20 to max VG from MBV without a hitch. Fill it and vape it till you get a dry hit, look at the tank and it's dead empty.

    Am I the only one?

Don't charge them in a hot car and don't charge them unattended. The off brand cigalikes and egos don't have the best quality control but the problem comes into play when charging, not use. I've only seen two cigalikes and I think three egos pop in four years so not that big a worry. A little...
