    Question 2- Burnt hits could be many reasons. First, check your settings aren't too high. *see answer to question 1* Second, make sure your not hitting it to fast and hard long draws... its not a cigarette and vape works much differently. Slow pulls work best until you find what works for you...

    Quick update: I called them and seems they've had to update their computer software, dealing with the shipping. I was given the tracking code and immediately when to USPS website. My order had already shipped and was set to deliver the next day!! So, I will say this... I was very satisfied...
