    nautilus mini...100% vg? is there a reason your on 100vg? an RBA is only as good (wicking wise) as the juice flow holes. an RBA itself wont fix the wicking issue your having...but the right one will. Ive known people to drill out juice flow holes before not sure that would work in your case but...

    im not sure ive seen what your referring to, but if i had to guess id say leads to make assembly easier? no you dont have to do that when you build your own coils, the wire is the same size all the way throughout unless of course your making claptons or any other fancy coil.
