    I live in Xi'an, China. E-cigs are sold in most pharmacies here. From what I have seen there is no choice of nicotine strength or flavor. Many people do buy them, but they are not very effective, and they have no idea that much better e-cigs are available on-line.

    I've never tried snus, I know some people rave about it. I just ordered 20 boxes of Stonewall dissolvable tobacco. I hope it's good. I plan to use it when vaping just wouldn't be allowed or appropriate. Smokeless is the way of the future. Such a pity the so-called health groups can't see that.

    Refilling cartomizers is super easy. A piece of cake. If you want more vapor I suggest a mod. I just ordered a Silver Bullet from AltSmokes. It's one of the most positively reviewed mods ever made. Also get some dual coil cartomizers from them. Amazing vapor machines.

    Another option is to buy concentrated flavors from perfumer's apprentice and add it to unflavored e-juice. Very easy and cheap to make your own.

    I have spent WAY more on vaping than I was spending on analogs. Mainly because I was only paying about 50 cents a pack (in China). But I love vaping so much I just don't care what it costs.
