    Yeah, the only thing that could happen to a tank is it could leak, but that's highly unlikely, because it's built....like a tank. All it does is enclose the carto and keep a store of juice around it. If it's holding juice it can only be the carto or bat.

    It could also be the positioning of the swtich not making good contact. Do you hear the click when nothing happens? Try turning the fire button half a turn. Eric has a how-to on his site for dismantling a bat. May need to rework the solder joints.
