    Umm, I don't get your logic or arsenic reference at all, that certainly wouldn't pass the test. The point is; both WTA and nicotine are extracted from tobacco. Guidelines in regard to testing can and should apply to both. If chemicals used are part of the guidelines, they too should apply to both.
