Cinnamon and Stardust
You might want to try Copper Creeks "Grogg". They do NOT use any cinnamon flavoring(s) at all, but it is the best tasting cinnamon flavor I have tried. And NEVER had any problems with it cracking tanks or messing up drip tips. -

Real quick noob question about vivi nova head
All the vivi heads measure out higher when first used. They will start to measure to the actual ohm rating after they get broken in. Yes it is fine to use. Just dial your Provari up a little higher till you reach your sweet spot. All my vivi heads measure higher on my Provari when first used... -
Doing some shopping ,short or long wicks in the Stardust?
I would get the new rebuild able Stardust though and some xtra stardust heads. I'm gonna that a go soon myself, to see if they are any better than the reg Stardust. -

Phoenix bottom coil I like better than the Stardusts. 510 to eGo adapter to use the Stardusts (at least for my Provari). Hope this helps -

This is exactly how I clean mine only I use vodka for the soak. All my Phoenix bc have been lasting since I've had them (about 4 weeks). -

Through half a tank of 60/40 pg/vg using the 2.8 on the Provari at 4.2 - 4.6 and so far is vaping really well. Taste is a little different from the Stardust, but not much. Great vapor and TH as well. So far no major issues or complaints. No modding yet, str8 out of the box. Taste getting better... -

Just got home, my package in the mailbox. First thing I tried was the Vivi with 2.8 head on the Provari. Works great right out of the box. You may just have a bad one. Maybe coil wrapped too tight on wick? Loving mine so far. Now to try a Phoenix. Good luck and hope it is just a QC issue. -
