Yes. The 15mm spacers should work. 15mm + 50mm = 65mm so yes. That is the same as a 65mm 18650. I prefer those. I will double check as well.
I also prefer the dummy cr123 cell over using two spacers.
kcos; "Having a feeling" that a cell is defective is not a definitive test. You need a multimeter reading after charging. Have not had a defective cell yet.
Keep in mind that the Pila will give your cells the maximum capacity over their lifetime, as well as more cycles of recharge and discharge.. The cell will still age normally unless abused.. and should be replaced every 12-24 months for capacity and safety.

That is the ideal charging voltage for those cells. The Pila is working perfectly. That voltage will make your cells last much longer rather than charging it all the way to 100% like the WF-138. The Pila is using the best charging method for your cells. That voltage range is what makes the Pila...

- Insulated Dummy CR123 or AA $5.25 each. Made from high quality aluminum they offer zero resistance. (makes a good charging spacer as well. WF 139, PILA IBC)
Why use 4 spacers to charge two cells when you can use two, for lower resistance and ease of use. If your not using...
