Put me down as another EGO with mega carto user. LOVE LOVE LOVE these, and the batteries are really long lasting, as are the cartos! Much less fussing with them. Good luck and happy vaping! :)- JenJen

Need a good menthol for my wife...
She has tried fruity mentols, has she tried a coffee menthol? Nabacco Juice USA Java mint is pretty tasty... I have to admit, it was the coffee flavors that got me totally off the cigs (3 plus years now and still going strong!) Java Junction is awesome for a straight coffee flavor! Good luck...- JenJen

Glad you got it! I actually charged it before I sent it out so it should be fully charged. The only thing I can think of is that it isn't making contact. I had that happen a few times with a mega carto, so I (very gently) pried the post on the carto up a little. (Experts here have said NOT...- JenJen

I have only had one carto that was a dud, but so far (knock wood) all the rest have been splendid. I don't use a needle either, but at the start up I add juice until it just can't take anymore lol! Hope it was just a bad bunch and you will soon be back to vaping nirvana! :)- JenJen
