    get at least 3 quotes then submit them to the company thats what i did after they offered me the 1st offer, after that it took about 2 months before i got approved *edit* make sure after the work gets done to take pictures then fax them to your insurance department

    me and the wife went threw the same thing lasy yr when the roof started leaking after a bad storm, estimates they gave us was near 4k less than the cost to repair i fought with them for 2 months before they gave in

    im glad to be back, dam bookwork is over for now lol but it will come back to haunt me sometime in the future
