if you get it from a reliable source, imo, i like either nude nicotine or wizard labs they are consistent with nic levels. as for mixing in either 100% vg over pg/vg mixtures. even i have to shake my mixes daily when i use them and i only use vg. hows it going aikanae1- JJ1977
