the last 4 months of me vaping before i quit completely was purely on mechanical yea i ran threw more juice but i was down to like 2mg nic each month dropped .5 when i got to zero ppl told me i went more threw the without it but i didnt notice as im moving around alot -

when i started diy juices i lowered myself .5mg each 3 wks or every 3 30ml bottles of juice. its not a big difference but over time you'll see the results it might take you shorter/longer depending on how bad you dont wanna use them anymore -

yea aikanae1 i only use 3ml of 36mg nic a wk so i got enough for 10 yrs in the freezer
